Service
How long does an iPhone repair take?
Most iPhone screen replacements are done within 1 hour if the part is in stock. For more complex models or less common parts, precise tuning may take a bit longer.
Which battery do you recommend?
We always recommend the original Apple part — best quality and lifespan. Of course, if you want a lower price, alternative options are available.
Will my device still be water-resistant after the repair?
After an original part replacement, the device gets a new original gasket too. However, we cannot offer a warranty for water damage or liquid contact.
Are the original parts shown on the page really original?
Yes — if you request an original battery, screen, or any other original part, we register the repair in Apple's global service system, and use Apple-provided equipment and diagnostics for installing the original part.
Is there a warranty on the repair?
Yes, we offer a warranty on every repair. The warranty length may vary by part — we display it on every item in the price list.
Can I bring my device without an appointment?
Yes, you can drop off your device during opening hours without an appointment. Our address: 4029 Debrecen, Csapó utca 54. To be on the safe side, give us a call at +36 30 817 8178.
Screen refurbishment (glass replacement)
Can I replace just the glass if the panel is intact?
Yes. If only the front glass is broken and the panel works flawlessly (touch and display), we can do the screen refurbishment, that is, just the glass replacement — no full screen replacement needed.
What technology do you use for the screen refurbishment?
We remove the broken glass, then attach an aftermarket glass to the screen. The frame is bonded with two-component cold pressed adhesive, applied by a computer-controlled dispenser, and fixed by a hot pressed press. This is a professional technology close to the factory process.
Do you do the refurbishment on-site or send the phone elsewhere?
We do the refurbishment in our own shop, on-site — no need to send the device anywhere.
What are the risks of the screen refurbishment?
The refurbishment is not entirely risk-free: during the process — in rare cases — the panel itself can be damaged. We warn every customer in advance.
What happens if the screen is damaged during refurbishment?
In that case we can replace the original with a near-factory-quality soft OLED display, so the phone keeps excellent image quality and touch sensitivity.

Can I trade in my old iPhone with a new purchase?
Yes! We buy used iPhones. On the Buyback page, you can find out how much your phone is worth in a few clicks.
How does the buyback work?
You can request a quote with a few clicks on the Buyback page. Then bring in the device, we check its condition, and buy it from you with instant payment.

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, credit card, and bank transfer are all accepted. For buyback, we pay the purchase price immediately in cash or transfer.
