How is my data erased?+
Incoming devices are securely erased using the factory method, and we sign out of all iCloud / Apple ID accounts. Please also sign out and turn off Find My before handing in your device.
How quickly do I get my money?+
After the assessment we usually transfer the amount within 24 hours, and in our store we can also pay immediately in cash.
What if my device is broken or faulty?+
We also make offers for faulty or broken iPhones – just select the appropriate options in the condition section. The calculator automatically works out the reduced price.
